Commercial / Municipal Precast Walls
Concrete Impressions of Florida has the level of expertise and experience that is necessary to make your municipal, county or commercial project a success. We provide our materials manufactured to current Florida Building Code specifications through D.O.D., Army Corps of Engineers specifications. We are a Florida company and design and Engineer our products for the very severe hurricane and wind zone specifications of our State. We will gladly coordinate and collaborate with you on your projects, our experience, and technical knowledge is at your service. Transportation Precast Walls
We are an FDOT certified manufacturer of precast and understand the importance of the precision to details required in the manufacturing, scheduling and, delivery of this product. We offer both the construction and distribution of the product and can also provide the installation on site with our trained crews. Concrete Impressions of Florida is very familiar with both Federal and State requirements for and Sound barriers. We can produce both reflective and absorptive boundaries as required by your project and we are capable of working with you from the production phase through to construction. Transportation and Environmental ; Road, Rail, Sea-Ports, Airports, Factory , Security Barriers and Blast Walls; are all areas of expertise that we have extensive knowledge and experience. Production Facility
Concrete Impressions of Florida has over 20,000 sq. Ft. of a production facility with its batch plant that can supply both plants. Plant One houses our vertical wall forms, low tables, and part of our post-production tables. Here we cast our near flawless panels in sizes ranging from our standard 6’ up to our new 12’ capability. Plant one is also the place where we cast posts and any special entry feature walls or signs that may require unique shapes. With our new flat tables, we can cast in a single pour entry signs as large as 15’ x 39’.
Plant Two holds our onsite steel fabrication and the balance of our post-production tables. We make post tables in this facility for FDOT sound wall posts, but in just a few hours they can be converted to supplement our standard wall post tables in Plant One. Our steel fabrication department is responsible for building the cages needed for our products following the engineering we receive for each project. Whether the enclosures must be tied or welded, our Steel Fab is equipped to meet the requirements specified by the engineers.
Our yard can store thousands of feet of wall and posts giving us the ability to cast well before the project starts, often as soon as the contracts are signed. By casting early, we avoid the typical experience our competitors impose on the contractors with product trickling in for a job and causing holds or delays in installation. In keeping with this philosophy, we aim to have trailers loaded today for tomorrow’s loads ensuring on-time deliveries, meeting our client’s on-demand needs for installation.
